Cancellation Policy
Updated on October 13, 2026.
How to cancel in two clicks, what happens to your access, and what happens to your content.
1.How to cancel
Go to Plans inside the app and click cancel subscription. That's it — no agent to talk to, no survey to answer, no hidden step.
You can also request cancellation through Paddle at https://paddle.net or the subscription-management link in Paddle’s email.
2.What happens next
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. You keep the plan until that date, because it has been paid — cutting it short would take away access you bought.
There is no further charge. On the cut-off date, the account returns to the free plan.
Until that date, the payment provider keeps showing the subscription as "active": that is how a scheduled cancellation looks, and it does not mean it was not registered. The Plans screen shows the date the cut-off happens.
3.Changed your mind
Before the cut-off date arrives, you can resume the subscription with one click on the same screen, and automatic renewal comes back as it was. After that date, it is a new purchase.
4.What happens to your content
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Subjects, flashcards, questions, presentations and history stay in the account, on the free plan.
What changes are the limits: paid-only features stop generating, and monthly quotas return to the free ones. What already exists stays accessible — and you can download your flashcards, questions and presentations at any time.
5.Cancelling your account is a different thing
Cancelling the subscription stops billing and keeps the account. Deleting the account erases everything, permanently, and lives on the account screen.
If you want to leave for good, cancel the subscription and then delete the account — in that order. Deleting the account does not by itself stop billing at the payment provider.
