Your data and your rights
Updated on October 13, 2026.
How to see, correct, download or erase everything we hold about you — most of it without asking anyone.
1.What you can do yourself, right now
These three are on the account screen inside the app, and they are immediate:
- Download my data — produces a file with everything your account contains: profile, subjects, calendar, flashcards, questions, answers, study plans, presentations, AI conversations and gamification. It is JSON, an open machine-readable format, good both for checking and for taking elsewhere.
- Correct my data — name, school year, daily goal and language are editable directly in your profile.
- Delete my account — erases the account and all its content, immediately and irreversibly.
2.What needs an email
For the other rights — objection to processing, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, or any question — write to gian31110@gmail.com.
Write from the account's email, or tell us which it is: that is how we confirm the request is yours. If we cannot confirm it, we may ask for one more detail before answering — not out of bureaucracy, but because handing someone's data to the wrong person is worse than being slow.
3.Deadlines
- LGPD (Brazil): up to 15 days for confirmation of processing and access.
- GDPR / UK GDPR: up to 30 days, extendable by 60 more for a complex request, with notice.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): up to 45 days, extendable by another 45, with notice.
In practice, simple requests are answered within days. There is no charge.
4.What deletion erases, and what it does not
Erased: account, profile, subjects, events, flashcards, questions, attempts, study plans, sessions, presentations, AI conversations, gamification and usage counters. All at once, with no bin and no recovery window.
Not erased: the billing records that tax and consumer-protection law require to be kept, held by Paddle and by us for the legal period. They contain none of your study content.
If a subscription is active, cancel it before deleting the account — deletion does not by itself stop billing at the payment provider.
5.Complaining to an authority
If you think we handled your data improperly, write to us first — but you are not obliged to. You can complain directly to the ANPD in Brazil, or to your country's data-protection authority in Europe and the United Kingdom.
